Why indoor aircon units can leak water
Condensation normally drains away through the drainage system. If drainage is restricted, dirt accumulates or another part of the system is not working correctly, water may begin dripping from the fan coil area.
What to do when it starts leaking
If water is dripping heavily, switch the affected unit off and protect nearby electrical items or furniture. Take a photo of where the water is coming from and send it to us with your aircon model if known.
